Personal Attendant/ Mothers Helper $9.50 Per Hour

I am a mother with Muscular Dystrophy and am currently looking to hire a female personal attendant and mother's helper. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays are open 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Duties include:

- Assist with activities of daily living(ADLs). Some lifting for transfers, planning/cooking well-balanced meals.
- Cleaning/maintaining home in clean and orderly manner.
- Assisting in meeting children's needs (18 months and 3 year old).
- Driving family wheelchair van for doctor's appointments and other meetings/shopping.
- Provide respite care, learn G-tube care, feeding pump (for my 18 month old) to be able to watch kids alone during a college class once a week.

Requirements:
Be able to lift 40 pounds.
Good Driving Record.
Pass background check.
Positive attitude.
Self starter.
Enjoys cooking/cleaning.
Comfortable in a LDS home environment.
Good with little kids.
